1. About us

SignalSender is a Chrome extension that sends trading signals from TradingView to your Telegram chat or channel. This policy describes how data is handled by the extension.

2. Data stored on your device

• Chat ID and preferences (language, order type, message format, optional custom bot token) are stored only on your device (Chrome local storage).
• Message content and screenshots are sent only to Telegram (api.telegram.org) when you click “Send to Telegram”.

3. Registration data (with your consent)

If you complete the in-extension registration, we collect and store on our server:

• Email address
• Date and time you gave consent (consent_at)
• Whether you use the default SignalSender bot or your own Telegram bot
• Extension version and interface language at registration or last update

If you configure your own Telegram bot, we also store the bot’s public username (e.g. @mybot) — never the bot token.

We do not store your Telegram Chat ID, trading signals, message content, or bot token on our servers.

This data is sent to a Google Apps Script backend (Google Sheets) operated by the extension author, for user support, legal accountability, and project updates.

Registration requires your explicit consent to this privacy policy. You may request access or deletion by contacting us (see below).

4. What we do not do

• We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for marketing.
• We do not read or store the content of your trading signals on our servers.
• We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

5. Where data is processed

Settings stay on your device. Messages go to Telegram when you send them. Registration data is stored in Google Sheets (Google Cloud) if you consent during setup.

1. Chi siamo

SignalSender è un’estensione Chrome che invia segnali di trading da TradingView alla tua chat o canale Telegram. Questa informativa descrive come vengono trattati i dati.

2. Dati salvati sul tuo dispositivo

• Chat ID e preferenze (lingua, tipo ordine, formato messaggio, eventuale token del bot personalizzato) restano solo sul tuo dispositivo (archivio locale di Chrome).
• Contenuto dei messaggi e screenshot vengono inviati solo a Telegram (api.telegram.org) quando clicchi “Invia su Telegram”.

3. Dati di registrazione (con il tuo consenso)

Se completi la registrazione nell’estensione, raccogliamo e conserviamo sui nostri server:

• Indirizzo email
• Data e ora del consenso (consent_at)
• Se usi il bot SignalSender predefinito o un bot Telegram personale
• Versione dell’estensione e lingua dell’interfaccia alla registrazione o all’ultimo aggiornamento

Se configuri il tuo bot Telegram, conserviamo anche lo username pubblico del bot (es. @miobot) — mai il token del bot.

Non conserviamo sui nostri server il Chat ID Telegram, i segnali di trading, il contenuto dei messaggi né il token del bot.

Questi dati vengono inviati a un backend Google Apps Script (Google Sheets) gestito dall’autore dell’estensione, per supporto utenti, accountability legale e aggiornamenti sul progetto.

La registrazione richiede il consenso esplicito a questa informativa privacy. Puoi chiedere accesso o cancellazione contattandoci (vedi sotto).

4. Cosa non facciamo

• Non vendiamo né cediamo i tuoi dati a terzi per marketing.
• Non leggiamo né archiviamo il contenuto dei tuoi segnali sui nostri server.
• Non usiamo tracker pubblicitari di terze parti.

5. Dove vengono trattati i dati

Le impostazioni restano sul tuo dispositivo. I messaggi vanno a Telegram quando li invii. I dati di registrazione sono su Google Sheets (Google Cloud) solo se acconsenti durante la configurazione.
